Zach Siegel
As CEO, Zach is responsible for the overall direction and management of 193.
Prior to founding 193, he spent nearly a decade with Teneo in New York and London, most recently as Managing Director. Previously, Zach was a member of Edelman’s Corporate & Financial Communications Leadership Team in New York.
Zach has served on the Board of the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF Hamptons) since 2022.

Matthew Freud
Matthew is Chairman of Freuds Group, which he founded in 1985.

Charlie Harrison
As Managing Director, Charlie oversees client strategy and people development globally.
Before joining 193 in 2021, he was Head of Private Capital at Edelman Smithfield.
Previously, Charlie spent nearly a decade at Bell Pottinger (inc. Pelham PR). During his career, Charlie has advised on matters across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America, and Asia.

Olly Scott
As a Managing Director, Olly devises and implements client strategy alongside responsibility for people development.
He has 25 years’ board level advisory experience in capital markets communications, domestic and cross-border M&A and crisis and issues management, helping clients defend and develop their reputations, aligning communications with corporate objectives.
Before joining 193, he spent nearly a decade as Head of Capital Markets for Montfort. He also spent more than 10 years at Bell Pottinger.

Katherine Kremer
Katherine advises clients on corporate and financial communications matters, with a focus on navigating major milestones through strategic stakeholder engagement. She joined 193 in 2020.
Prior to 193, Katherine worked at Joele Frank in New York, counseling companies on shareholder activism, proxy contests, unsolicited takeovers, and crisis situations. She previously worked on Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 Presidential Campaign and held roles at Teneo and Kivvit.
Katherine earned a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs.

Eleanor Purdon
As a Director, Eleanor provides day-to-day strategic counsel and execution for clients spanning private equity, technology, and consumer businesses. Her expertise includes corporate positioning, issues management, and financial communications.
She joined 193 in 2024, having built her career within FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications practice, latterly as a Senior Director. Eleanor spent ten years specializing in consumer industries. She has additional experience supporting organizations in the energy, charitable, industrial, and real-estate sectors.

James Kavanagh
As a Director, James advises clients on strategic communications matters, drawing on more than a decade of experience in corporate campaigning, financial PR, public affairs, and leadership profile-building. He joined 193 in January 2025.
Prior to joining 193, James was Chief Communications Officer for the Sustainable Markets Initiative, a sustainability non-profit founded by King Charles III. Before that, he built his career at agencies including Freuds, FGS Global, and Tulchan Communications.

Jenna Ashendouek
Jenna joined 193 in March 2025.
Previously, Jenna was an Account Executive across Edelman’s Corporate Reputation and Global Advisory practices, focused on executive positioning and public affairs for leading technology companies. She began her career as a Strategy and Communications Consultant at High Lantern Group, supporting global health and intergovernmental organizations.
She earned a BA from Tufts University in International Relations, International Security.

Rhydian Bankes
Rhydian is CFO of 193 and the wider Freuds Group.
Prior to joining the Group in 2019, Rhydian was CFO of Porta plc for four years, during which he restructured the group and led the exit to SEC plc, creating the combined SEC Newgate. Previously, Rhydian worked in Corporate Finance, and spent seven years with PWC, where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009.
Rhydian also serves as a non-exec on the board of TBA plc.

Emma von Behren
Emma joined 193 in July 2022 after earning a BA in Finance and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
She previously interned as a business analyst at an ESG-focused tech startup and as a research assistant at the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness.

Isobel Brown
Isobel joined 193 in 2023. Previously, she spent more than six years in Brunswick Group’s Shanghai office where she advised clients on major corporate and financial milestones, including several large IPOs and market entry into Asia.
Isobel earned an MSt in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Rosie Cornick
Rosie has been part of the 193 legal team since the firm was founded in 2019. She joined Freuds Group in 2017.
Previously, Rosie trained at corporate commercial law firm Peachey & Co LLP in London.

Robyn Curry
Robyn has been the CEO’s Executive Assistant since March 2020.
For more than 20 years, Robyn has provided professional support to executives and administrators.
Prior to 193, she served as Executive Assistant to the Head Coach of Men’s Basketball at Georgetown University.
Previously, Robyn was an elementary school educator in Newark Public Schools. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University.

Mark Ervin
Mark has been 193’s Chief Information Officer since its founding in November 2019. He is also IT Director of Freuds Group, a position he has proudly held since 2006.

Charlotte Grove
Charlotte joined 193 in 2022. Previously, she was a Senior Associate within PwC’s Risk Department. She has also completed contract assignments with FTI’s Global Risk and Investigations Practice, as well as with the Panel of Recognized International Market Experts in Finance.
Charlotte earned a triple degree in International Relations, French, and Russian from the University of St. Andrews and an MSc in European Conflict and Culture from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Yubaraj Gurung
As 193's Management Accountant, Yubaraj delivers financial support and analysis.
Before joining 193 in April 2022, he worked as a Junior Accountant at The Zane Partnership, where he supported senior managers with financial tasks for clients across various industries.

James Hawk
James joined 193 in August 2024.
Previously, he spent two years as a member of FTI Consulting’s Financial Communications team. Before FTI, James was a Project Manager at Third Bridge Group, supporting consulting firms with market insights for commercial due diligence.
James earned an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from Monmouth University.

Maria Jansen
Maria joined 193 in 2022.
Previously, she was an intern at the German Federal Ministry of Defence where she supported the Federal Minister and Head of Politics, as well as other senior leadership.
Maria earned a degree in International Relations from King’s College London.

Shayna Nagle
Shayna leads the global People function for 193, collaborating with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic goals. She has been with 193 since its founding in 2019. Shayna also leads People & Development across Freuds Group.
Previously, Shayna worked at Entertainment One (eOne) in London and globally across HR and Operations.

George Peele
George joined 193 in 2024, having previously worked at Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Instinctif Partners. He has advised both constituents of the FTSE100 and high-growth companies on AIM across sectors, including financial services, mining, and energy.
George earned a degree in Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Business, International Relations and the Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Helen Rabbatts
Helen has been General Counsel of 193 since its founding in November 2019. She is also General Counsel of Freuds Group.
Before joining freuds in 2013, Helen was a Solicitor at Davenport Lyons. She began her career at Clifford Chance.

Eleanor Shimoyama
Eleanor oversees financial related matters at 193.
Prior to joining 193 in 2023, Eleanor spent five years as a chartered accountant and auditor at Moore Kingston Smith.

Amanda Winton
Amanda joined 193 in 2023.
Prior to this, she completed a marketing internship with a listed regulatory compliance firm in Australia. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, with a double major in Marketing and Communications.

Marvin Siegel
Marvin has been with 193 since October 2020.
He spends his time sleeping on the CEO’s couch, barking at new visitors (a bit unprofessional), and, on good days, chasing squirrels. He’s usually a very good boy.
